Message Puppies in the closet. If you can fix this chassis or if it even makes sense to do so it's still the same car. But I feel that starting from a new canvas it's a new piece of art regardless of what's swapped over. It's a chance at something new and grander.
I see cars as a representation of the enthusiast. U will see the same value of character in the way the car was built. The car wasn't Draco until you started wrenching on it and created it. All of the hours, attention to detail, time spent researching, etc came from you. Just have to do it again. I'm on my 3rd z build and the feel of the car is a lot different than what I previously had. My perspectives have changed and I've grown more into my own shoes rather than trying on what the crowd is wearing.

I know how u feel and I've recently had to, in a sense, spiritually detach myself from my car. I still greatly appreciate it and enjoy it but I was to concerned about what if something we're to happen to it etc etc.. not to say be careless but I can't have the kind of mind set towards something that if it were lost it would make me think any other way than "tomorrow's another day and I can rebuild, build another, or start another chapter in my life". As I said I'm am the creator and designer of the expression which is the car. Also I've recently become Christian so I had to let go of the importance we as people put on a lot of earthly things. Mainly that's the reason.
